• You will not submit any URL that is, or links to, content that is illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, harassing, or harmful.
• You will not use the Service to overburden, stress-test, or maliciously attack any website, including your own or a third party's.
• The Service takes no responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or actions of any third-party website linked to by a submitted URL.

The Service analyzes third-party websites based on user-submitted URLs. We are not responsible for any impact, damage, disruption, or consequences resulting from the analysis of any website. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have permission to analyze any submitted URL.

Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

You agree not to use the Service for any purpose that is prohibited by these Terms or applicable law. Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to:

• Excessive or Automated Use: Using bots, scripts, or excessive bulk requests designed to degrade the performance of the Service.
• Illegal Content Submission: Submitting URLs known to host, promote, or link to illegal material, including but not limited to child sexual abuse material (CSAM), terrorism, or content that infringes intellectual property rights.
• Security Violations: Submitting URLs to attempt unauthorized access or security exploits against the target website or the Service's infrastructure.

Termination

We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your access to the Service for any reason, particularly if you violate the Acceptable Use Policy.

We reserve the right to refuse access to the Service to anyone at our sole discretion, at any time, and for any reason, without notice.

Disclaimer of Warranties (AS IS)

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no representations or warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, reliability, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jacob Ellis shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, or data.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability of Jacob Ellis arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed £100.

You agree that use of the Service is entirely at your own risk.
